USA EB-3 Jobs is a candidate-recruitment programme of Global Immigrate. We are an immigration services provider. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. Immigration filings are prepared and reviewed by licensed U.S. attorneys.

Everything on this site is general information. Visa bulletin dates, processing times, fees and rules are set by the U.S. government and employers and change often, so figures are estimates. Nothing here promises a job, a visa or a green card. Results in past cases do not predict future results.
Job listings
Positions are offered by U.S. employers and can change, be filled or be withdrawn without notice. Applying through the site does not create an employment contract or a promise of sponsorship. Employers decide whether to hire and whether to sponsor.
Our services and fees
Our services are governed by the written service agreement you sign with us. The fee descriptions on this site, including which costs the employer bears and which you bear, are a summary only. The service agreement prevails.
