Privacy Policy

USA EB-3 Jobs (usa-eb3.com) is operated by Global Immigrate Limited and its Taiwan service entity (together "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act.

What we collect

Details you enter in the eligibility check, job application and contact forms: name, email, phone, preferred messaging app and ID, country of birth, where you are now, English level, the job you are interested in, your message, and the pre-qualification result calculated from your answers.

Technical data: the page and language you submitted from, the time, and your IP address, which we keep only briefly to limit abuse and spam.

How we use it

• To reply to you, check whether you may qualify for an EB-3 Other Workers position, and arrange the next step.
• To pass your application to a U.S. employer or licensed U.S. attorney, but only after you agree.
• To send you information about EB-3 opportunities if you asked for it. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep the site secure and to meet legal and regulatory duties.

We do not sell your personal data. We never share your details with an employer without your consent.

Service providers and transfers

We use trusted providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Upstash (database) and Resend (email notifications). Their servers may be outside Hong Kong and Taiwan, including in the United States. We choose providers that apply appropriate security, and we give them only the data needed to do their job.

With your agreement we may share relevant details with Global Immigrate group companies and with partners such as employers or licensed attorneys, so that we can provide the service you asked for.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, normally up to two years after our last contact. After that we delete or anonymise it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, ask us to stop contacting you, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete your data. Email admin@globalimmigrate.com (or info@globalimmigrate.com.tw for Taiwan enquiries) and we will reply within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong or to the relevant authority in Taiwan.

Cookies and browser storage

This site stores your language choice in a cookie and in your browser (up to one year) so it opens in the language you picked. The admin area uses a sign-in cookie for staff only.

If we switch on analytics or advertising tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, they may set their own cookies to measure visits and the performance of our ads. We will list them here before use, and you can block them in your browser settings.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
